Our Story

Passo was born out of frustration. Our founders spent years running performance marketing programs and saw firsthand how influencer work was managed — spreadsheets, endless email threads, and hours spent checking whether posts went live the way the brand needed them to.

We tried every tool in the category. None of them did the work. They tracked it, displayed it, reported on it — but the actual work still landed on a human's plate. So we built Passo: not another dashboard, but an AI co-worker that does the work.

Ty led growth at one of the largest fintechs in the United States, where he built one of the largest influencer and growth programs in the country. He spent years inside the exact problem Passo now solves — scaling an influencer program past the point where spreadsheets, manual outreach, and content review can keep up. Before marketing, Ty was a geologist. He still markets the way he learned to do science: hypothesis, experiment, measurement, iteration. That instinct shapes how Passo approaches the category — every claim backed by data, every agent built to take real work off real teams’ plates.

Dom has spent his entire career building martech products. Multiple companies he’s helped build have been acquired — including one by Adobe, where he then spent ten years leading AI products inside Adobe Advertising. Few engineers in marketing technology have shipped AI at the scale and depth Dom has. He came to Passo with a clear thesis: the AI breakthroughs of the last few years finally make it possible to build an AI co-worker that does the work, not just a dashboard that displays it. Dom leads engineering and product at Passo.
